Here is the follow up of the new and upcoming features which were being implemented and we informed you all about it in the last annoucement few days ago:

1) Double Backup System:
a. Daily Four automatic off-site backup system in cooperation of our datacenter1 = Implemented & Fucntioning Now. These backups can be restored by yourself from the cpanel.

b. Second weekly backup system is changed as we implemented a much better system instead of it. Now when you login to your cpanel at HitBiz.Net, you will see a FULL BACKUP button which you can simply click just once after every important update to your site and your most up to date backup will be copied to our datacenter2 (off-site seperate 2nd Datacenter).

This way, there will be no chance of loosing your data even if the datacenter1 get destroyed somehow (like in a natural disaster, war etc.). We are the only web hosting company offering such a perfect double backup system/plan storing your sites data in 2 different datacenters.


2) New UK Based Datacenter:
New UK Based Datacenter is live and functioning properly. 


3) Support Team Improvements Implemented (to speed up responses even more):
Although, no user complained against our previous support team and system but to improve the system even more to take up a lot of customer load, we have divided our support team in 2 groups and both group are now working in competition of each other ensuring that you get the reply of your support query within few minutes and ofcourse we still have 'reply within 24 hours' guarantee or we will fund your account with US $1 for each ticket we fail to reply within 24 hours. This was about to be implemented when we last emailed you all but now it's implemented and will improve even more from time to time.


4) Member's Area Updated with Even More Features and Options:
We have upgraded the Members' Area. Now you have more options for billing and support desk. For example: you can easily rate the response of a support ticket using your Member's Area, more domain management options etc.
