Here are some of the exciting new features/options being implemented for all our existing users:
1) Double backup system:
Now our system will take four off-site backups (R1Soft Backups) of every account every day automatically and both HitBiz.Net staff and the users will be able to restore any of these backups using the cpanel. This backup will not be stored within our datacenter to provide maximum safety to our members' data.
In addition to this, another weekly backup is planned to store accounts off-site in another european datacenter.
This double backup system will ensure that you will always have a backup of your sites stored safely in a safe place.
No other web hosting company is offering that much data protection. Only we will do it for all our users.
2) New UK Based Datacenter:
Most US based datacenters found to have IP routing/blocking issues so we have contracted a UK based datacenter which is ofcourse much more costly for us but we have done it because we really care for our customers.
3) Support Team Improvements (to speed up responses even more):
We are dividing our support team in 2 groups and both group will work in competition of each other ensuring that you get the reply of your support query within few minutes and ofcourse we still have 'reply within 24 hours' guarantee or we will fund your account with US $1 for each ticket we fail to reply within 24 hours.
All the above mentioned options/features will be implemented within the next 15 days.
